Johnsons Cleaners, the UK's largest dry cleaning group have re-launched The Big Laundry www.thebiglaundry.com after acquiring the online laundry home collection and delivery business in 2005. Johnsons are leveraging their existing high street network to add dry cleaning services to the offer.
DOT have re-branded the Big Laundry and redesigned the web site and business back-end we developed for the original startup London laundry in 2001. We have also applied the bold, icon-based identity to stationery, press & banner advertising, and vehicle livery.
This is Johnsons first venture into e-commerce, a service they hope to progressively roll out beyond London during the coming year building on their extensive high street presence.
